Compete in teams of 4 or 8. Girls and Boys teams must be separate and a competing team must be in the same year group.
On Concept rowers record the time it takes to cover a certain distance depending on the challenge.
CHALLENGE ONE
TEAMS OF FOUR - You must complete 1000m between all of you (4 x 125)
TEAMS OF EIGHT - You must complete 2000m between all of you (4 x 125)
PE Teachers please complete the recording form with each team name and their total time. You can have as many teams as you like but each seperate team must be of the same year group.
